The property manager is responsible for addressing maintenance issues reported by tenants in a timely manner. Tenants are responsible for the proper use of fixtures and appliances. The property manager is not liable for damages or injuries caused by misuse or neglect.

 

Security Deposit Policy

A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required upon lease signing. The deposit will be refunded within 21 days of move-out, provided no damages are found, and all terms of the lease have been met.
